Payment methods

●  Attendance pay by Alipay, WeChat or UnionPay. Moreover, international attendance can also pay by bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Paypal. Details can be found on the Home Page ‘Registration’ once you have registered and logged in.

● To ensure the security of your account, according to the bank's requirements, cross-border transfers require the submission of a passport number as proof . Please provide during ‘New User Registration’.

Invitation Letter

If some participants require an invitation letter, the conference secretariat will be glad to help. To obtain an invitation letter, please send e-mail to AOCN2025@jflab.ac.cn.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To cancel registration and accommodation reservations after payment is completed, please submit the refund application on the website before the deadline. The refund will be processed after the application is approved by the Organizing Committee.
Registration fee
Before August 6, 2025: a 3.5% processing fee will be charged
After August 6, 2025: non-refundable
Accommodation fee:
Before July 31, 2025: a 3.5% processing fee will be charged
After July 31, 2025: non-refundable
A different exchange rate might be in effect to affect the refund amount.
INVOICE
The invoices for registration fees and accommodation reservations will be sent automatically.
